Create the agent in your project
Open your project and choose Autonomous Agent. Setup starts in a Codex conversation. Explain what your SaaS does, who it helps, which accounts it should use and what a useful outcome looks like. Keep product facts, positioning and relevant links in the project so the agent has something concrete to work from.
For example: help independent founders discover our appointment scheduling app. Find useful conversations, prepare launch posts and bring drafts back for review. Define which actions it may take on its own and which need your approval. Choose approval-first work to review drafts and planned actions before they go live, or authorize full auto for the accounts and actions it may handle on its own. The ongoing conversation is also where you change those instructions or pause future work.
Work across X, Reddit, Instagram and Facebook
The agent uses installed computer and browser tools to work through your signed-in accounts. It can prepare posts, comment on relevant discussions, share product updates and follow up with people, within the marketing actions you authorize. You do not need to wire up a separate social API integration for this browser workflow.
Give each channel a purpose. Use X for product updates and conversations, Reddit for relevant community discussions, Instagram for visual stories and Facebook for suitable groups or your page. The agent should adapt the message to the audience and community rules. A useful reply and a product announcement need different approaches.
Short-video workflows for YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Instagram Reels are in progress. They are planned work, not a finished video production feature.
Let it decide when to come back
Marketing continues after a draft is ready. The agent can choose its next wake-up and save a reason: check launch replies tomorrow morning, prepare the next draft or return for a weekly recap. Its calendar makes the planned week visible so you can see what it intends to do.
VibeIDE runs this work on your computer. Keep the app running, the computer awake and the relevant accounts signed in. A saved wake-up does not power on a sleeping computer or launch a closed app. If a login or browser-access problem blocks work, the agent can ask you for help.
Stay in the conversation
You can chat with the agent at any time to change its priorities. Ask it to focus on Reddit, revise the product positioning or move an Instagram draft to Friday. The same agent retains the project context and can update its plan through the conversation.
Review the calendar after a change and inspect the drafts or results. Your approval rules still apply. Asking for a different schedule does not itself approve a post, and a planned activity is not evidence that it was published.
Your subscription, with VibeIDE for $7.99 a month
Autonomous agents are included in VibeIDE at $7.99 USD per month. VibeIDE supplies the software around your own authenticated Codex. There are no extra VibeIDE API keys, token-credit purchases or metered API charges for this subscription-based workflow.
Your Codex subscription is separate, and its normal usage limits still apply. VibeIDE also works with your own Claude Code for supported coding workflows; Claude Code autonomous agents are planned. Start with the 14-day VibeIDE trial without a card, give one agent a focused brief and review a complete marketing cycle.
