A queue around your existing CLI
VibeiDE uses your installed Claude Code CLI and its existing authentication. Create a project, set its Claude concurrency limit, and queue a focused request. A fresh direct task starts its own owned terminal when capacity is available. First-run AI tool setup can help install and sign in to Claude Code through the native provider flow.
See the original terminal and the task around it
The embedded terminal exposes the CLI interface with direct typing, shortcuts, and resizing. Task Activity adds the saved request, runtime, reported changes, and result around that interface. The global monitor lets you notice running work while looking at a different repository.
Return to a specific conversation
Continue a supported saved conversation for a correction or related follow-up. Start a new task for unrelated work. Retaining a terminal is an explicit workflow choice; the saved task remains when the execution terminal closes.
Plan around actual provider allowance
The usage display shows provider-reported percentage used and reset countdowns where available. Process slots do not increase that allowance. VibeiDE does not bypass Claude limits or automatically transfer a live Claude conversation to another provider.
