Keep parallel work visible
Parallel terminal views bring active Codex and Claude interfaces into one workspace. The practical benefit is being able to inspect the original provider output while retaining the task and project around it. Use the global monitor when you need to see work across repositories, then open the task whose result needs attention.
Start with independent tasks and clear file ownership. A grid organizes visibility; it does not isolate simultaneous edits in a shared checkout. Keep dependent changes sequential or prepare separate checkouts before assigning writable work. Review each completed result before using it as the input to another task.
Continue with the context of the result
A useful follow-up refers to the exact result you just reviewed. VibeiDE keeps the task request, result, and supported saved conversation together, so a correction can remain part of the same thread. A new purpose should begin as a separate task with its own acceptance criteria.
Supported Codex and Claude continuation depends on the provider conversation still being available and on free execution capacity. OpenCode uses headless execution. Check the saved result and the provider state before assuming a terminal can be reopened.
Try the changes on one bounded task
Download the current installer from the public release page, then open a repository you can inspect. Keep your existing provider CLI authentication. Choose one request with a visible outcome, name the relevant area, and state the checks you expect when the work finishes.
Set the project’s provider limit deliberately. Follow the first run in the original terminal or recorded activity, then read its result and available patches. Confirm that the behavior described in the release notes is present in your installed version before depending on it in a larger workflow.
Why this belongs in a coding orchestrator
The request, execution, and review are parts of the same job. VibeiDE keeps them attached to a project and task rather than asking you to reconstruct their relationship from separate terminal windows. Provider subscriptions and model usage are separate. More available terminal slots do not expand an account’s allowance or make concurrent writes safe.
